How does it work?
As part of your free initial consultation, one of our dedicated experienced accountants will discuss your exact requirements both now and for the future and they will become your main point of contact for all your needs going forward.
Whether you already use your own spreadsheets or accounting software, or indeed have nothing in place and require advice in this area, we will discuss this in detail with you. We can then either carry on using your current software or recommend the one that best suits your business. BPR Heaton work on an ongoing basis with most accountancy software including Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Kashflow, Zoho and many others and as an independent reseller you can be assured of the best fit from the whole of the market.
- On a weekly or monthly basis send us your receipts and payments by upload through your mobile device, computer, or by post.
- We will process all your information and match this to your bank account.
- You will have access to this information online including essential reports on the profitability of your business.
- We will prepare and submit Vat Returns on your behalf.
- On a monthly basis we will prepare your payroll and auto enrolment requirements.
- On a yearly basis we will prepare your Annual Accounts and submit them to Companies House.
- We will also prepare and submit your Corporation Tax Return
Do not require a complete tailored package?
Should you prefer, you can pick and choose from any of the above elements and simply use us to “fill in the gaps” at competitive prices.
