Mark has a wealth of general practice experience and is also a Chartered Tax Advisor. He manages a portfolio of clients and specialises in advising on corporate finance, exit strategies, tax planning and tax efficiency. Mark is the firm’s Managing Director.

Stephen has vast experience in helping local businesses and provides accounting, audit and taxation support to clients across a wide range of market sectors. Stephen has responsibility for the corporate, audit and compliance accounting functions.

Martin has extensive general practice and business knowledge that sit alongside his skills in audit, financial accounts and corporation tax. Martin has responsibility for the corporate, audit and compliance accounting functions.

Alex has extensive experience in providing management accounting services and total outsource solutions to a large number of clients in various sectors.

Kieran is a Senior Advisor in our Corporate Finance Team and with a former career in Banking carries a wide-ranging experience in all matters financial. He supports our clients with everything from business sales and acquisitions to exit strategies and company valuations.
